Throughout history, men have controlled most political and military power in the world. This did not necessarily happen because men were wiser or better managers, but because men had ruled through dominance and force.
Fighting and competition became the main MALE language of power.
From the earliest stages of human history, wars and conflicts made by MEN have shaped politics. MEN controlled and dominated all sectors related to the state, even STATE PHILOSOPHES who established the roots of government are MEN. If you read these philosophies will discover that the only thing they share is disagreement, which just creates conflicts and wars. Just read the history of all empires and see what there. Nothing more than endless bloodshed using endless arguments. Just fight for the fight.
Yet when we look closely at history, we also see that many societies ruled by women experienced periods of stability, development, and prosperity. Of course, female leaders were not free from conflict, but many wars were driven by military systems and traditions historically dominated by MEN.
Even today, the imbalance continues. In the 80-year history of the United Nations, there has never been a woman Secretary-General. In many countries, women have still never had the opportunity to lead their nations.Reading history should not only help us understand the past; it should also help us rethink the future.
Perhaps humanity needs a different approach to leadership; the world needs WOMEN who prioritize cooperation over domination, dialogue over conflict, and prosperity over competition. A world where leadership reflects the full potential of humanity, WOMEN, could open new paths toward peace.
Such a shift could also help us focus on what truly matters: protecting children from war, stopping the normalization of violence, and building societies where the next generation grows up with opportunities instead of hatred. Make all military and police women. Let men work as merchants. Send them to coffee shops to relax and talk with each other.
Lessons from thousands of years of all states: say, remove MEN from power.
